By using LifeTask ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About LifeTask

LifeTask is an online recruitment and training platform provided by LifeTask Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform. Employers must be a legally registered business or organisation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. Job Postings

Employers agree that all job postings are genuine, lawful, and compliant with UK employment law, including the Equality Act 2010. We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates these terms.

5. Course Enrolment

Course payments are final unless a refund is requested within 14 days of purchase and no lesson content has been accessed, in accordance with UK Consumer Contract Regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and course materials are the property of LifeTask Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute any content without written permission.

7. Liability

LifeTask acts as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. We are not responsible for the outcome of any recruitment process or employment relationship.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
